My goals for yesterday:
1. track everything was low in my calories and protein but in my other ranges.
2.10 min. of exercise. I did 38 minutes
3.15 min.of quiet time did 20 mins
4. measure my food. some
It was a very good day. I took my girls out for lunch and I was a little worried that I would eat to much but I remembered that my body is God's temple and I ate well.
God is so good and when I start my day with Him I feel so much better.
Today looks like rain and I had planned on walking so I had better get going and do that before it rains.
