I made a mistake yesterday and did not make my entry before I went for my morning run. It bothered me all day. I'm going to avoid that today by getting it done right this minute. That's the best time to do anything. Right now.

I did get my exercise in, and I input my food... however...I did the food from memory, rather than from the phone. I need to fix that today. Just by writing it down it will help me keep that promise to myself. Tracking works. Committment works. Just like writing. Getting this stuff out in a three minute period really does help. I would be interested in hearing how YOU do your blog. Maybe comment below. I promise I 'll read it. Later...when I'm back from my run :-) emoticon

  I obviously don't blog every day. I usually just start blogging and make changes as I go along. I joined the 10 minute every day exercise group to get myself back to exercising. I work a lot of hours and have to squeeze in a lot when I'm not working. I have a client who lives about 10 minutes away, so I can walk to and from her house every day to get me started. It's a beginning.
