Sooo, here I am, trying to study while also trying to get in the fittest shape of my life! It is particularly difficult trying to achieve this especially since studying requires such late nights at times! Even so, lately I find myself becoming quite efficient in avoiding fatty, unhealthy foods that will derail my weight loss efforts.
For example, at night, I tend to munch on cashews (my favourite nut EVER) as opposed to bags of chips and chocolate. I have also started munching on carrot sticks with hummus to keep my mind going even when I want nothing more then to fall asleep. These tiny modifications to my diet seem to be helping me drop weight as I have noticed a slight difference in my overall appearance.
Anywho, that's it for now. I just wanted to drop in and leave some thoughts while they are with me.
