I reached my goal 138 so I want 135 instead. I feel like I am looking pretty good but to compensate water retention to look like I do in the morning in the evening this should do it. The truth is I am afraid once I try to maintain I may gain. I sure want to reward myself with something sweet just can't decide what... maybe the cheat with pecan pie should have done it sure had a whooping amount of calories. Already set the new goal when i found the ticker I have been wanting and created one :) I also uploaded a couple of pictures a before and after. Will post more if I ever get out of my jammies and/or work clothes. Feeling accomplished and I hope you all are as well. Keep on it We Got This.
