This year hasn't been the best for me so far. I had a knee injury which took many weeks to heal, had a tricep injury that is now completely healed. You would think that I would be good to go with my work out. Nope. At the beginning of April I discovered the C25K program. I like joking and I used to joke 5k last year so I said to myself this is an excellent way to get back into the swing of things. I'm completely healed so why not. I love this program. Got three weeks in then low and behold I get a very nasty cold. Been with that almost two weeks. Every time I move, I get congested so again my work out is put on hold. I just wish things would just stop happening so I can get back into my routine. Now I'm waiting this cold out so that I can get back to the C25K program. Oh yes I will going back to it even if I have to start at the beginning again. I feel good after a jog. Cold get the heck away from me. Not wanted!
