I woke up this morning ate breakfast, swept, mopped, dusted, did dishes, laundry, rested, ate lunch, got out the tiller and tilled to make my garden bigger, rode the stationary bike for 5 minutes, water my herb garden, started plants in pots, ate dinner, cut my sons hair, and kept up with my sparking. Whew glad it is time to rest. Tasted something called kipper snacks... so glad vitamin D comes in a pill. Should have known they were going to be horrible when I smelled them. Sad part is supplements aren't as good as the natural source for you... I can't handle fish. Beat my fitness tracker with nutrition by a hair. At least I didn't burn everything I ate just most of it. Really want to exercise but if I do means I have to eat again and well I am not hungry. Love it when calories burned are doing things needing to be done. Can't wait until stock day at work.
