Okay -- crazy week starting to catch up with me today. Fortunately tonight I didn't have a ton of work to do after the spanish class all day -- (Tuesdays are usually the lightest day of the week as far as the workload goes -- hooray!). I am heading to bed shortly to try and replenish my energy stores for the remainder of this crazy week of mine.
Got some activity in at lunchtime walking around (nothing too stellar, but better than nothing).
Miscalculated my nutrition today -- poor planning, so exceeded my upper calorie limit by about 250, but since yesterday I was at the low end of the range -- it hopefully has balanced out. I didn't have my usual breakfast with oatmeal -- and I think as a result, I was hungry mid morning and snacking too much on food at the spanish immersion class.
I've got my bright green card printed up for tomorrow's running workout (it's phase 2; day 18 -- woohoo!). Almost finished putting gym stuff together for lunchtime break/gym workout.
On the bright side:
1 -- I got to eat a giant salad for dinner with some lean protein tonight -- I think my body has been missing it's usual high dose of veggies this week so far. So YUM.
2 -- My spanish class is going great! Just wish my brain could take a bit of time to put things together a little more
3 -- I've made it through 1/3 of my running sequences this week -- just 2 more to go!
4 -- I've made it through 2 days of this just crazy week. It's doable to work full time and take a full time spanish immersion class, but I wouldn't want to do this for any longer than five days. :-) So 3 more days to go.
5 -- Will avoid the snacks at class tomorrow, and get my usual filling breakfast. Pack a lunch and plan on snacks to tide me over until I can get dinner after finishing work tomorrow night.
