80 squats for my squat challenge DONE!
Walked over two miles with the baby in the jogging stroller.
Did a bunch of yard work & house cleaning.
Burned 848 calories according to my heart rate monitor doing all of the above. ;)
Tracked all my food on My fitness pal app & stayed within my calorie range.
My back is still sore, but doesn't hurt as bad as yesterday. And, I'll leave you with a few pictures from my walk today. :)
Oh and I made this yummy salad tonight from Skinnytaste.com & it was so good!
