Today, I had a busy day!( made sure I ate a decent breakfast, specially k breakfast sandwich) Met with a customer at 8:30. Had a 2.5 hair appt at 9 ( brought a granola bar with me), had to go t o another town and get samples and drop off at another customers house so not much time for lunch (KFC 360 calories meal). I really wanted candy, chocolate, a doughnut. But what stopped me???
My roll of fat hanging over my pants. When ever a craving hit, I pinched my fat. That was enough to keep me on track.
I came home, worked in office and made dinner (shrimp and chicken stir fried rice with lots of veggies) and ate some huge grapes while I cooked dinner.
I'm fighting guys, I'm still here and fighting!!!
