Day 1 Tracy Anderson 30 method So far, so good.

Today is of course day emoticon of TA 30 day method. I did sequence day one days 1-10 and cardio sequence one. I started doing the leg workouts 20 reps each side (left right). Well, that only lasted one leg exercise, the rest were ten reps each side. I can't do so all the reps as elegantly as I want to (a big gut is in the way) , she wants you to do 40 reps each. HA! I do have confidence I will work up to that hopefully in 2 weeks or so. Then I did cardio sequence one around 20 mins., of that I could only toe tap, I am a bit uncoordinated so, I got mixed up a bit like I do whenever I start out aerobics sessions, she also wants you to work up to 40 min. of cardio. I know I will be stronger and work up to that too.

Today my food so far is spinach herb egg white omelette with a piece of whole wheat sourdough toast with sprouted curry hummus about 1/4 cups worth. Coffee with some 1/2 n/1/2.
Later today crudites with carrots, jicama, grape tomatoes and balsamic glaze. One cheese slice one slice of ham with sprouts. Snacks 1/3 cups worth of kettle chips and salsa with a cup full of strawberries. Later today meetinf friends at a bar for a birthday celebration I will only have one taco and some frijoles. No drinks, don't have the money. Anyway a great day and proud of myself I actually did it and tracked myself. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Later tonight missed my buds at South beach bar and grill down in Ocean beach. Blah, emoticonthey moved the party to Bravos. I didn't even know. ( i don't have a working phone or pesky portable internet emoticonGrrr... oh well I was hungry and went to a smoked bar-b-que eatery had a kind of smoked pork burrito it was gooood. Didn't like the baked beans, to sweet, so i didn't eat it or the coleslaw, nor did I want that sweet ketchup like sauce on my meat either... aaand I had about 6 oz of coke, again soda to sweet, basically meat and tortilla. Could have made better decisions. How I look at it, gave up the coleslaw and sugar baked beans and sauce (that I didn't like anyway) only had enough coke to satisfy. Saved SOME calories. (This is a work in progress folks) emoticon
