It's 10:37pm and I have a problem...

It is now 10:37pm and I have a problem...Here is my day in a menu nutshell...see below...I did not get to eat lunch today as mother had chemotherapy practically all day as she was due at the oncologist at 11:15am and saw the doctor's assistant at 11:50am and then got chemo from 12pm to 3:30pm as they were running behind.

Also this morning I stepped on the scale just to see (I know, I should have waited until Friday AM at weight watchers) and I...gasp...gained...2.4 pounds!!.

Anyway here are the menus this week so far...where have I been lacking?...I get 26 points plus a day.

5/3/13...48 ounces of water today.

Breakfast: multi grain cheerios (3 points plus)
fat free milk (2 points plus)
1 cup grapes (0 points plus)

Lunch: low calorie turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, pickles. cucumber on low calorie wheat bread (4 points plus)

Snacks: fat free milk (2 points plus), fiber one brownie (2 points plus), fiber one 80 calorie honey squares cereal (2 points plus eaten dry), weight watcher yogurt (2 points plus) and lastly a south beach diet peanut butter bar (2 points plus)...grand total...9 points plus.

Dinner: grilled chicken breast (3 points plus), salsa-fat free (0 points plus), green beans (0 points plus), mixed green salad (0 points plus), fat free french dressing (1 points plus), cracked wheat bread (1 piece is 2 points plus) points plus.

total...24 points plus eaten out of 26 allotted.


Breakfast: Fiber one 80 calorie cereal, apple, fat free milk (4 points plus)

Lunch at Relay for Life survivor luncheon: Lasagna (small piece)...3 points plus, mixed green salad (0 points plus), fat free french dressing (1 points plus), iced tea unsweetend

Total...4 points plus

Snacks: (here is where I screwed up)...tomato basil soup...4 points plus for a small cup.
1/2 homemade chocolate chip cookie...1 points plus
fat free milk (2 points plus)
multi grain cheerios 2/3 cup (2 points plus)

Total...9 points plus

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast (3 points plus), green beans (0 points plus), barbecue sauce (1 points plus)

Salad with fat free ranch dressing (1 points plus)

5 points for dinner

You get the gist basically. I am not going to post for the whole week. Suffice to say I have left over a total of 16 points plus this week.

I have basically all my health goals in this week so far and thanks to Saturday's walking I have 8 points plus accumulated so far in activity.

What could be going wrong?.

    It seems like you are doing everything right,sometimes the scale takes a while to move. emoticon

    Maybe you're not doing anything wrong. Many things can make your weight change. Could be blotted or it might be the clothes you were wearing. Don't give up hope just keep eating right and working out and everything should work out in the end.
