Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Week 1 Day 4-5

These past couple of days have been rough personally. I can't really get into it on here because there are people who cannot find out what's going on until later. Let's just say it hasn't been easy and I have not even thought about Jillian. I've still been keeping track of my food, but I missed yesterday's workout. Still trying to get the motivation to do today's workout however. That means I have worked out on Days 1, 3, and 5 so far, and have missed Days 2 and 4.

Please pray for me. I wish I could say more, but I can't.
