Today was a good day for movement. At work I got in a very fast paced 5 minute aerobic routine. Then when I got home did Leslie Sansone 1 mile express and then right before dinner did Leslie Sansone 500 steps which is about 5 minute's. So today I had gotten in 30 minutes without really knowing. What are some other ways you Sparker's rack up exercise throughout the day?
