It really gets in the way of our best laid plans. I have had a rough two weeks. Not intentionally but it happened. This may be TMI for some but I get horrible food cravings during my time of the month. Some months I am fine and can deal with the cravings and I don't skip a beat. Then there are months like last month. I lost all control and let my hormones and thoughts get the better of me for two weeks. It has been really hard getting back on track but I am getting there.
Add to that a new position at work that requires travel and some evening work and my whole life is crazy right now. I have tried hard to stay in the gym but it has been difficult with my new hours. I have made an effort to get there when my schedule allows, whether that be at 5:15 am or 5:30 pm. I will get there one way or another. I need to get back on track with tracking my food and logging in with SparkCoach. I really like SparkCoach so I need to get back to it!
Here's to hoping for a better month (with a lot less cravings)!!!!
