Today is my 111 day of Sparking. I have lost 7 pounds, so far. I would love it if the weight would just fall off but it did not all come to me at one time. I am making small changes in my diet, my exercise and my relationship with food. Food is no longer my crutch. I feel I am beating my emotional eating. SparkPeople and all the support here is amazing and helps me reach my goals. Small steps, little changes can make such a difference.
