Excuses, excuses (for the 5% Challenge)

Reasons and excuses why my diet and exercise plans haven't worked in the past and strategies to overcome them:
*Not enough sleep
*Eating above calorie range, eating on the fly
*Lack of planning with exercise
*Not enough support
- Not enough sleep: Go to bed by 10PM, no excuses. Not getting enough sleep sucks because then I eat too much in the carb department and don't have enough energy to exercise or really do anything. Sucks.
- Eating above calorie range, eating on the fly: Plan meals for the day on the day or week prior, pre-track. This has worked well in the past because I don't stray from what I've planned out.
- Lack of planning with exercise: Plan out what I'm doing for exercise at the beginning of the week so that I'm not caught by surprise.
- Not enough support: Ask for help in terms of someone watching Josh for a little bit when I need to exercise and can't get to the gym. Get to know some people in my aerobics classes. Tell people I know what I'm doing so that they can encourage me.
