I ordered The Spark Solution today and I'm pretty excited about getting it even though my diet and fitness have been going very well so far. I think that it will have some tips that will be useful and I could always make use of the recipes. Hopefully there's a few vegetarian ones in there as I haven't eaten meat in over 15 years.
I've actually come in under my calories the past couple of days which I know is bad as I shouldn't be eating too FEW calories either, but I haven't been as hungry when I've been working out so much and spending so much time outside. So, I try to eat as much as I can but I don't think a couple days coming in under my calorie range will hurt my metabolism too much.
As far as fitness goes, I'm up to 90 minutes a day now and today I did some strength training for the first time in a long time! It was a real challenge and I was only able to do 10 minutes but I made it count. I had a lot of fun, though, and plan to stick with it! Tomorrow is vinyasa yoga and some intense cardio along with a walk. I'm going to see if I can walk further tomorrow. Also, I'm doing 30 minutes of more intense yoga tomorrow instead of 20 minutes of gentle yoga so I'm stepping it up a little bit. My legs and abs are sore today but it's that good kind of sore that reminds you you worked hard enough.
And of course, after all that, I'm exhausted tonight and hopefully I'll sleep more than 4 hours tonight. I've been having a hard time sleeping again, even though I'm tired, so I'm taking extra Klonopin and hopefully that will help me sleep.
