I'm finally staying within my calorie range, hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and beginning to see the benefits even if the scale won't shift. It's not as hard as I thought it would; (if I eat the right foods I won't be as hungry as I used to). I'm definitely seeing some muscles in my arms and tummy and that's all the motivation I need. Keep sparking comrades!!!!!
