Day 8 will be Day 1 in my Spark May. Someone stole the first 7 days, I think. Has anyone written a famous story about stolen days? Where they go and why......okay....
Day 1 My monthly goals and plans....My goals are to lose 5 pounds; exercise regularly; avoid the sweets and junk at grad, mother's day, holiday, wedding shower parties; Meditate 10 minutes daily; and be selective about service to others.
Don't smoke. This is easy as I never have. Was taught ladies don't smoke. I believed my parents. We should all pick some easy goals.
Push that exercise ball around in all sorts of exercise. Use the SP videos that are free to help me.
Have fruits and veggies daily . Enjoy them.
Weigh weekly and get DH to do the same.
Plant some grass in the place where tire tracks are. The workmen who replaced the chimney and roof seeded, but half didn't grow.
Pick 4 p.m. as my time to meditate.
