Week 6 Day 1 Couch to 5K

Today was a 1/2 mile run, 1/4 mile walk, 3/4 mile run, 1/4 mile walk, 1/2 mile run. It went well. I knew that it was going to be no big deal to do the run intervals after Saturday's run. So I decided that during the first 1/2 mile I was going to increase my pace and see how that went. I managed to go 2 min/mile faster and was challenged by that. I intended to run at the pace I kept on Saturday for the other two intervals but ended up going faster than intended. I like surprises like that emoticon .
