Tonight was stir fry night
I took my favourite pan (I have four of these but only two surviving lids)
I took a big package of chicken thighs boneless and skinless put them in the pan with enough Water to cover the bottom of the pan added crushed garlic, splashes of low sodium soya sauce put the lid on and let it cook
I then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of golden brown sugar over the chicken
Added a massive amount of brocolli florets put the lid back til the broccoli was bright green added a bunch of mushroom for a couple minutes then mixed in a whole bag of bean sprouts.
I ate it without rice , my guys had it on top of basmati.
So yummy , low cal and good for you.
