Okay after a long no workout, eating off track I'm 1/2 way back. I'm better with my eating today but I didn't work out. I'll get back to it tomorrow prayerfully. I had to run a few errands on my way home, and I couldn't do both and make it to church.
So tomorrow it is. That's it for now...but I'm back to basics as well. Tracking, exercising, drinking my water and taking my vitamins. Got to lower my cholesterol and sugar levels before I go back on the 31st. I know losing weight will help get that in control.
