I've started Week 3 of the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge and to my alarm -- I now have to eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables each day! Okay, I have to admit that I am not the veggie loving human that I should be. I know they're good for you and I know they're important, but love them I do not.
So, I'm starting with the veggies that I do like -- carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. My goal is to be sure that I have at least two servings in my lunch sack each day. I'm also committing to at least one fruit in that same sack. Fortunately, berry season is upon us and I can be sure to include some tasty fruit for the next few months.
