This week's BL Challenge was to read some Spark Articles and Daily Blogs then report to your team what you may have learned.
During this great journey to health, I have learned a great number of things & the most important thing is MODERATION! Meaning, you can have a chocolate candy, you can have a slice of pizza. . . but all things in moderation. If you constantly refrain from allowing yourself indulgences from time to time, you will never be satisfied & feel deprived, which can lead to a bigger binge.
I also learned that if you read enough articles that they will all contradict each other so just do what works for you. Most importantly, just live a life of MODERATION!
