A little each day

Today was unusual--I had an eye exam this morning at 10. I didn't have time to eat breakfast and despite my medication, I was super hungry when I finally got out of there around noon. Sooooo....my roommate and I stopped at our favorite restaurant for our favorite meal. El Fenix. In keeping with the doctor's plan, I did not eat the chips on the table. I did order the sour cream chicken enchilada plate--2 enchiladas, rice and beans. I ate one enchilada and about a tablespoon of the rice and one of the beans. I brought the rest home with me. There are no El Fenix nutrition labels, so I used what I could find which was On the Border. Then we stopped at a large shopping mall and walked 2 laps around the inside before heading home. For dinner I plan to eat the other enchilada, but give the rice and beans to my roommate while I eat some veggies. Not much in the exercise dept. but doing a little each day is better than nothing!
