i've been back on sp since october and have had little results-- mainly due to my inability to keep down calories. i am exercising a lot more, which is a huge improvement, but i won't be able to fit back into my wardrobe until i cut calories.
so i've decided to go back to the beginning and start with fast breaks. today is may 7th and for the next 14 days, i will : 1) drink 8 glasses of water per day 2) eat 2 servings of veggies 3) track my calories and 4) exercise 3 times a week.
i will post every day to keep myself on track!
