Today was my 3rd class at Peak Fitness Bootcamp and I'm loving it so far. It's challenging but at the same time doesn't cause me pain. I was doing crossfit classes for a while and that took a pretty good toll on my knees as well as my back. Thankfully this class doesn't have a lot of running so my knees have been doing great. My back has been alright so far. No complaints. Also with crossfit I was in pain for a week after one class. With the bootcamp my muscles are sore for a few days but I'm not in pain. This class also had a nutrition plan along with it and I'm on Day 15 and it's been going great.
