Coming Back

I'm excited to get started but I am only 3 weeks postpardum. So, I do have to take it fairly slowly as far as my physical activities go. I'm still healing so heavy lifting is still not a good idea and I dont want to burn myself out too fast.

Im slowly trying to find the time to revamp my spark page and start making a stronger presence on the teams and boards and maybe make some friends.

My first set of goals for May: 1. get active, 2. track nutrition, 3. journal.
I need to start making a general daily schedule to get myself and my son out of the house and enjoying different activities. I have a 3 week old so I am pretty much on her schedule for a while but I do want to set myself up with some activity discipline. Parks, playgrounds, I will wrap the baby up in the moby and put the tot into the jogger and step outside for a couple hours every morning. My nutrition goal is to start tracking my calories. I have to keep my caloric intake up fairly high in order to produce milk but I'd like to keep it up with the right foods. Finally, I want to try to blog daily in order to get my thought out. I'll discuss whats on my mind, my day, new goals, ideas, etc.
