I have been on diets for years and they worked but then I fell back again. So now I am on a lifestyle diet. I find if I eat what I like, in moderation, and watch my sweets, and do my exercise everyday, I do not gain. There are 5 lbs. I want to get rid of, and it seems it is difficult to do. I have come two lbs. to my goal and then what happens is a special occasion comes up and there they are looking at me, sweets. I go to them but watch how much I take, still it does not help as I find the two lbs now went to three lbs. do not gain a lot of weight but it is a fighting battle trying to get those 5 lbs. off and get into those jeans I have wanted to for years.
I like the idea my clothes are loose and some fall off, but those jeans are still out of reach.
