A hiccup

Well I have to confess. I have not been doing what I need to do. My exercise has been maybe 2 times in the last two weeks and you really don't want to know how my eating has been. emoticon Needless to say I have gained 4 pounds. emoticon

It's been a crazy couple of weeks! My sister had major surgery, and the family has been taking turns going and helping her. It is 50 miles one way to her house, and then I pretty much just sit and visit with her eating the things I shouldn't eat. And the trip takes up most of my day, and when I get home, I fix supper and then veg in front of the TV. Bad, bad, bad.....

But today I got back on track. I rode 17 miles on my exercise bike, and have been eating very healthy. I had a hiccup on my journey, but I'm not going to let it stop me. I'm going to look up ahead, and not let the past drag me down. emoticon

    stay positive and believe. I felt that I've relaxed for the past 2 weeks and I gained weight. So, I reviewed my plans and went back to planning the meals.
