OK. So I didn't do so great over the weekend. :( Gained a few Lbs. back by binging on empty carbs and didn't have the energy to work out. Luckily payday is just a few days away and I can stock up on healthy food! And it's my Friday so I will have 3 days to get back on track. I need to get caught up on the 30-day squat challenge and get back out for walks!
