Week #1: Full Paleo

It hasn't been as hard as I thought. I haven't had any bad cravings for pastas or breads. My energy is really low, that's really the only thing I have noticed.
I have been taking it easy on my running program. I am supposed to run a 15K in three weeks, so I am really hoping my energy level improves before then! I may just have to settle for 5K.
I have been grilling a bunch of different meats on Sundays and cutting all my vegetables and then just grabbing what I need for my lunches through the week. It's working out so far and I have tried a few new recipes.
Oh, and I lost a pound at this week's weigh-in!
