No really! WTF! I have been eating spot on and zig zagging cals low to middle for the last 3 day! and zilch! I know?! What did I expect? A 5 pd loss?? Well yeah
I know I have to shelve un needed calories! But wines like this makes it hard! HA
I have been running!! Today was day 2! Total 8 miles already this week! I am going slow and not over doing it! And how I have missed it!
Of course abs and my worst area so I hit em hard! work out partners are the best for these! medicine ball toss situps!!! and 60 of em! whew!
And box jumps?? Raised and up 10! Now 60 jumps!
I am taking it easy on my wrist but can mange 20 pushups!
I am not skinny
And I may WTF my scale but I still lace up and move.
