I so badly want to try box jumps, but I'm so terrified that I am going to injury myself (scrape up my shins badly). I can't jump very high, but it looks like a lot of fun. I love this blog because even though the weigh isn't coming off, you are still plugging along not allowing maintenance to dictate your feelings. I'm incredibly proud of you. Also, I love this blog because of the variety of exercises you show. It looks like you are having fun!

I'm scared to do those box jumps! I am a very clumsy person so I give you mad kudoes for making it!

Instead of weighing on the scale, why don't you get body fat % done? With the amount you exercise, seeing numbers drop on the scale would make me think your body was eating muscle. Bodyfat % seems WAY more accurate for you! You could drop 5 pounds of fat, but have built up muscle but your body weight stays the same!

hey pretty lady , im in the same boat - but slowly you will see the change, even if where you see it aint on the scale. but, when you put the work in, the rest will follow so just keep doing what you do and keep lacing it up and moving, knowing you are not alone :)

emoticon aaaaaaaaagggggggghhhhhhhhh! That's me throwing out a frustrated scream for you. It can suck not to see the number you want to on the scale. ESPECIALLY when you know you've been working your butt off. Looking at you, there is no doubt that you put the time in at the gym but most women would be lying if they said they don't care if that translates on the scale.
Good for you for not letting that number get the best of you. Bustin' through those initial frustrated emotions with hard work and dedication is awesome. emoticon

Remember, body weight fluctuates from day to day and week to week. Be patient with your poor body! Ya got muscles, ya got the moves, ya got to see how great you look. When weather warms up, that fluid seems to hang on..
Patience has no calories, fat, or ill effects. Gobble it up by the bowl full!

BTW, I think you look great and know you are doing everything right. You are too committed not to..
