A Note to Myself about Why I'm Doing This.

Alright, future me, let's get this straight. There may be days that you don't want to do this. That's fine. You're allowed a few of those. Remember though, this is for you. There's nothing stopping your body but your brain and its habits. Past you believes in you.
You started this because you saw P!nk's video Try and saw how absolutely badass she was in it. You knew you could be like that if you wanted to. Powerful, strong, confident, sexy, sassy. All these adjectives and more could be yours if you decide it's worth it (and it is).
You don't have to cut out everything you love. You don't even have to get in your calorie goal for the day, but try for those 9 cups of water; try for those 20 minutes of workout (this can be walking, it's lovely outside right now. Go look at the trees).
You can do this. Go be awesome.
