Starting Again

I can't believe I let it happen again! I get down to a 'healthy weight' then lose focus. My clothes didn't fit anymore and I couldn't buy any new ones so I put weight back on so my clothes would fit again! Duh!

THIS TIME - I will collect items bit by bit in two sizes smaller than me so they are ready when I get there. I have managed to do two and a half minutes straight flat out on the cross trainer. I gather it should be five minutes, but hey, no way am I going to manage that!! So I started with a song that is two and a half minutes and it has taken me a week to manage to do it straight. Im proud of myself for baby steps!! I'll work up to the five ...

  Baby steps for sure... We all fall but as long as we keep trying to get up that's what matters!
