Hi my friends.. I'm back. Been a little busy and its sometimes hard to get on the internet when you have a husband and a sister living with you. LOL!!!!
I have goals this month.... Well I have goals every month really. Who doesn't. I mean honestly you kind of need a plan to improve your self. Improve your self mentally, physically, and spirituality. Its good to improve things that you want to work on.
Kickboxing 2x a week
Biggest Loser or Bob Harpers cross training 2x a week
Running or wogging in the park 1 x a week
yoga 5- 7x a week
Plant my marigolds (done :) )
Plant cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, strawberries.
Use canvas shopping bags instead of plastic.
I really cannot focus at the moment. I will try to re blog something later. Sorry.
