Well it is a new day, but it won't necessarily be a good one...at least in terms of the food tracker. I have tracked everything so far but I am already 3/4 of the way to my carb max. Whoops. I'm not going to fret it, just going to try to make better choices the rest of the day.
Carby hangover or sinuses from allergies, not sure which is dragging me down today. I am having a very slow start to the day so on to the goal setting:
At least 96oz of water today and 16oz of tea--- Didn't meet this goal but got in 80oz of water
Track everything, even if ugly today
Get in at least 3000 actual steps, 30 min of wii tennis, and at least 2 strength exercises--- Ended up with a migraine. If only writhing around in pain counted for exercise. It was a bad one.
5 serving of freggies--- 3 for the day
