Well it is a new day, but it won't necessarily be a good least in terms of the food tracker. I have tracked everything so far but I am already 3/4 of the way to my carb max. Whoops. I'm not going to fret it, just going to try to make better choices the rest of the day.

Carby hangover or sinuses from allergies, not sure which is dragging me down today. I am having a very slow start to the day so on to the goal setting:

emoticon At least 96oz of water today and 16oz of tea--- Didn't meet this goal but got in 80oz of water

emoticon Track everything, even if ugly today emoticon

emoticon Get in at least 3000 actual steps, 30 min of wii tennis, and at least 2 strength exercises--- Ended up with a migraine. If only writhing around in pain counted for exercise. It was a bad one.

emoticon 5 serving of freggies--- 3 for the day

Have a healthy day!

Terrific on not letting the carb intake put you off track for the rest of the day. I use my tracker before I begin eating too to see if the meal is going to have a healthy count then save that meal in a group for the next time I want something like that. But if I'm trying a new meal combo and I see that it is too much on a nutrient I have time to adjust what I'm going to eat. I still have days I just don't do so well, but fewer of them. Stay on track and you will do it! emoticon

It's good that you are tracking and saw that you were overdoing the carbs. Hopefully you were able to rein it in and finish off strong. You are committed to this and that is going to get you where you want to be.

You are absolutely right that you shouldn't let where your carbs are now affect your attitude about the rest of the day. Keep up the positive attitude - you CAN accomplish your goals!
