April/ May - goals

April's warmer days helped me a lot. I've been pretty busy so this is the first I've had a chance to blog on April's results. I am glad to be able to say I've met 3/4 goals! May has started off to be trying but I look forward to taking positive healthy steps to my healthy life. I tried skating for the first time in my adult life this month. I was taken once as a teenager. I'm being brave or crazy (don't know yet) but I got out there instead of sitting on the sidelines watching others have fun.

April goals
