I am on the 3rd day of week two of the Warrior Diet.
Week one was the hardest. Fasting. Even tho I did eat something throughout the day, it was very little and I felt good. But stayed hungry most of the day.
This week, I found my self feeling really tired around 10:30 am yesterday. Literally could have slept at my desk. But I feel better today.
I started shedding the weight immediately. I know it was and is mostly water weight. But this week even after adding in some protein and fats I am still loosing. My clothes are looser, and just feel better on.
My workout at 6:00 am is a 45 minute Russian Kettlebell class. I get plenty of all the right kinds of exercise I would ever need. From Cardio to strength to endurance to flexibility. I have found that the 2 glasses of water and a piece of fruit does not effect my ability to keep up the pace. During the day, I feel as though I'm getting ready to be hungry... not a full belly growling hungry. But by 5pm, it is definitely starting to let me know that it is time to eat.
I am excited to finish the first 3 weeks and see how much more weight I loose. My goal is to loose more fat, after the weight and gain more muscle strength and endurance. Which I know will all be simultaneous.
