This morning was tough to get up! I almost stayed in bed. 5:30 is so early! haha I layed there for a minute, I whined to my boyfriend "Would it be awful if I took one day off?" and of course he responds with "no of course not, do whatever you want." That is of course exactly what I need, for this to be my decision and he is so good at being supportive but not pushy!
Anyways I had the internal fight for a few minutes but I did get up. I am very very sore today. My foot is aching and so is my back. I did a shorter walk, we only did a little over 3KM and took our time, and stopped to play with other dogs a few times.
It was a beautiful morning though and once I got going I was really glad we went.

Breakfast was toast with nutella and this yummy mix of blueberries, strawberries and pineapple
Morning snack, banana, almond butter and coffee (just milk no sugar!)
Lunch is homemade stir fry with chicken, vermicelli noodles, green and red peppers and edamame!
Afternoon snack will be carrots and roasted red pepper hummus
My daughter has girl guides tonight so supper will be something quick, probably scrambled eggs in a whole wheat wrap.
Next week I get to start the pooch to 5K running program with Buster. It's only 3 days a week so the other days we will walk. I'm excited but kind of nervous too. If I'm this sore just from walking how sore am I going to be when I start introducing running intervals? I'm nervous of getting injured again, and well honestly worried I won't succeed
