2. Exercise - 10-30 minutes daily/500 for the month
3. Journal - on SP or in my personal journal
4. Green tea - 2 cups daily
5. Meds & Vitamins - Allergy med and hormones, CLA & multi-vitamin +
6. Spiritiual/Meditation - Deepak's meditation &/or spiritual time

1. Freggies - 1 c mandarin oranges, carrots/gr beans/spinach
2. Exercise -

4. Green tea - done
5. Meds & Vitamins - mostly
6. Spiritiual/Meditation - done

As it is first thing this morning I have all day to get this done...will post results as they are completed.

Also I have had opportunity to share a quote with a few people here lately that seems to resonate and make a lot of sense. Some even find comfort in it so I thought I would share it here...
