This is new for me. I've never blogged before, but things are going so well I thought I'd share it. After 6 weeks not on SparkPeople, I gained back part of the weight I lost. I had to re-lose 7 pounds to get back to my SparkPeople determined goal weight. Monday, I made it back to my goal weight. Today, I reached Level 14. Made me feel great - energized and ready to take on the day. For anyone in doubt about their progress - stick with SparkPeople, track your food and workouts and you will see results.
