Well woke up this morning and thought if nothing changes...nothing changes. Healthy breakfast, casual walk, full of flu at the moment so the lack of appetite may be due to that. However, have really tried, exercise bike is short bursts as am very tired through lack of sleep due to coughing bursts through the night, but hey ho, tomorrow I should be feeling a whole load better...I hope! Am currently two stone (28lbs heavier) then when I returned from a long period of stay in California...my own fault, you are what you eat!
