I Got The Solution!

Okay so it isn't here quite yet but I am expecting to receive my copy of the Spark Solution today!
One of my favorite shows was Flashpoint. My favorite character on the show was the Team Leader, Ed Lane. He was a sharp shooter and when he had the perpetrator in his sights, he would say, "I've got the Solution"!
So in a few short hours, umm after I go back to bed and get some sleep, I will really be able to say that I've got the Solution! I have been looking forward to reading the book ever since I saw that it was coming out. I can't wait to get started reading it!
I have been running all over the place with my family. I have not been out of the house like this (except for going to visit my family in Oregon) in a long time. It is really a good thing. Staying in and closing myself off from the world and my life is not a good thing but I have done it for a long time. My daughter tries to get me to go places but I am pretty good at not going. Lately, I have not been so good at it. I have not wanted to miss opportunities to hang out with my husband who has been on a forced vacation from work. The plant where he works shut down for maintenance for a week and he had the weekend off before they shut down so he has been home for over a week. He helped his former boss with some work for a few hours a few days to keep busy so he wasn't causing me too much trouble! lol
We were supposed to go to the zoo in Seattle on Saturday but we ended up in Leavenworth instead. Okay not the prison the Bavarian village! lol We walked around and looked in the shops. You would think that going to a Bavarian village, we might eat some brats or some sort of German food but instead we ate Mexican food! lol It was good and not smothered in cheese! Surprising I know!
On the way home, we stopped a a country store that had several outdoor activities. One of them was a petting zoo. Marlie loved it! She got to feed the animals. She liked feeding the llamas and goats. She kissed a donkey. There was a goat there that could work a rope and pulley system to get his food. he would go way up on a high tower and if you put some of the feed in the little bucket, he would pull the rope on the pulley and pull the bucket up to the top of the tower so he could eat it. Marlie kept trying to help him but she was holding the rope so it wouldn't move! She had a great time. There were several animals. Marlie didn't want to leave and she threw a fit when we tried to put her in the car. Once we got her in the car, 2 minutes later, she was out for a nap. We had worn her out! We had a great day.
It has been good to get out and enjoy time with the family but I am looking forward to being at home today with no place to go for once. My house is crying out for attention! lol
