Monday - Week 1, Day 1 5K to 10K

I did this workout after I got home from work. I ended up doing 4.67 miles in 53 minutes. It was a run/walk program (5 min warm up walk-4 mph, 10 min run-5.7 mph, 1 min walk-4 mph, 10 min run-5.7 mph, 1 min walk-4 mph, 10 min run-5.7 mph, 1 min walk-4 mph, 8 min run-5.7 mph, 2 min run-6 mph, 5 min cool down walk-4 mph). I have done this program once before and am now doing it to increase my speed.
I was short on calories for the day.
I got 10 glasses of water in for the day.
Day 1 of 1 for the week for workouts!
