Sometimes I measure and sometimes I don't. I'm not as uptight about the exact number of calories I eat anymore. I'd still like to lose a few more pounds but I had to stop depriving myself of food cuz I was getting really hungry. Now I'm probably at 1500 or more calories per day. I've started working out more so I get hungry! One thing I have to do is get back to not eating after 6, I pushed it back to 7 and have been consuming calories that don't get burned off.
Well I won't look at the clock but I know I need to eat some breakfast right now. Berries, oatmeal and a drizzle of honey. Sorry but I'm going to measure one cup berries, 1/4 oatmeal. That way I just have to guess on the drizzle of honey cuz I haven't looked up the calories yet.
