Share the Good Things You Do With Others!

A few days ago, my Spark Coach Daily Challenge was to invite someone else to exercise with me, so I formally (meaning specifically) asked my boyfriend to join me on a walk through his woods when he was finished changing the oil in my car. Is this an unusual activity for us?? No, it's not, so in some ways I almost felt like I had cheated on my challenge, because it was too easy.
I have started walking every day before work--as many of you have already read about--and I have added a walk in at lunch time, which I had been resistant to for such a long time, because I didn't want to feel rushed to have my lunch--truth is, I don't pack a great big lunch, and I have small fruit/cheese snacks off and on throughout the day, so it really isn't a hardship at all, and I discovered that I love and look forward to this additional "me time" that I give myself every day. As I have been building this habit, I've been also making a habit of using that time to check in with my sweetie in a few text messages..."having my lunch walk--what are you up to?" and we chat a little bit. Yesterday, when I sent him that text, he responds back to me--"taking a walk at a park on my route"...how awesome is that!? He has done this before on his own too, but I'll bet that he'll make it a habit to share with me too :)
