I'm operating on the assumption that my stomach pain is a badly torn muscle. So I'm doing everything I can to not use the muscle and let it heal. It seems a little better, but it's hard to tell, since I'm not testing it out yet!
Yesterday was Day 1 of better eating. I did okay, actually went just a little over in calories. I was hungry, of course. I made sure to drink a lot of water. I think that makes all the difference.
I squeezed in two short walks, for a total of about 40 minutes. It was a full day, so that was about all I could do.
Last but not least, I was in bed by 9:30! Getting enough sleep is so important for me -- for everyone! If I don't get enough sleep, getting through the workday is so difficult and then I'm less likely to work out after work.
So, all in all it was a pretty successful day. On to Day 2!
