Yesterday went fairly well. There were no sugary snacks. I had a salad for lunch and baked garlic parmasean chicken for dinner, with a side of corn. My snack in the afternoon was some jerky.
I did not make it to the gym but after work I got my chain saw out and got to work on some trees that had got out of hand, working on them for a good 30 minutes or so.
