I did not know how much you use your foot while sleeping. Now Saturday night I figured the reason I was having such a hard time was because I had just fallen. Then Sunday night my reasoning was I wasn't home in my own bed when I really wanted to be. Now I am not sure what the reason could be for last night. Other than "Oh, wait silly you use your foot in your sleep"
This may not come as news to most of you, but it is to me. Guess I never thought about how I shift from one side to the other in my sleep. Or roll from my back to my stomach. My left foot gets a workout all night long.
On the bright side my Spark Solution was on my Kindle this morning ready to be downloaded. I hope my foot won't keep me from participating in the first challenge starting next week. Off to work I go with ice packs in hand and the plan is box of paper under desk to help elevate my foot.
